We are inspired by the essence of racing.
The name Project Flatout stems from the spirit of rally stages, hill climb racing, and time attack, embodying the idea of pushing your vehicle and yourself to reach your maximum potential.
Project Flatout was also inspired by a Japanese animated show made back in the 90's called "Initial D", written by Shuichi Shigeno. The show was heavily influenced/consulted by a professional race car driver, "Keiichi Tsuchiya". The show portrayed technical aspects of racing, vehicle dynamics and most of all, driving techniques. Although the show displayed 99% of street racing in which we do not recommend as it is unsafe for you and other drivers the road. If you have not watched it yet, we definitely recommend you do!
